Managing Director - Founder
Mr. Linch is a Managing Director and founder of Linch Capital. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience. He was most recently a Managing Director at Stephens' working in the regional coverage group. During his tenure at Stephens, Mr. Linch worked in the Financial Technology and Specialty Finance Groups. Prior to that, he co-founded ELM Capital Group, which focused primarily on working with growth companies in the Southeast. Prior to founding ELM, Mr. Linch was in the Media and Communications Group at RBC Capital Markets.
Mr. Linch earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from Mercer University.
Ms. Howard joined Linch Capital in 2011. Ms. Howard has provided capital raising and investment banking services for both public and private companies for over 15 years. Previously, Ms. Howard was a principal with Total Technology Ventures, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm, focused on technology enabled financial services companies. Prior to Total Technology Ventures, Ms. Howard was President of AngelWarehouse, an Internet-oriented investment bank founded to address the inefficiencies faced by early-stage investors and entrepreneurs. Previously, Ms. Howard was a Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at Prudential Securities where she worked with a variety of public and private companies on acquisitions, exclusive sales, financings, restructurings and fairness opinions.
Ms. Howard holds a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. from Emory University.
